To start, the service is so great! The staff were all so kind and helpful. I loved the atmosphere and the place is very clean. The food was amazing! So great, we stopped by again on our way back through town. The ultimate grilled cheese is great and the bacon is perfectly caramelized and not too crispy. The steamy pile of hash browns had a lot of flavor to it as well! Definitely stop by here!

We had heard about Liberty Cafe from my daughter and son-in-law, and we were excited to try it for ourselves. We got different dishes and tasted each other‘s dishes and were wowed by the layers of flavor, presentation, atmosphere, and unique dish ideas. It’s not your typical Standard breakfast food. They have a gluten-free oat waffle that is truly to die for. But don’t die just eat it!This is breakfast elevated!! It’s owned by a husband and wife duo. And both of them were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and full of patriotic decor. They even have a wall dedicated to Veterans. You can bring a 5 x 7 photo in of your family member and have it displayed.

We came here several times during our week trip as the food was great, the place was super clean, and the service was top notch. The fries were unlike anything I have had before as they were a mix between a fry and a chip. I found out they cook the fries in beef tallow which is a rarity. Got to meet the owners Emily and TJ as they were very friendly and felt a genuine connection. I had never heard of St George Utah before our trip out there but is a place we will definitely come back to.

On our way back to Idaho from Vegas. Did a quick search for breakfast and found Liberty Cafe'. What a lucky find!! The food was fantastic! I had the cinnamon toast french toast...SO yummy, hubby had the Biscuit Omelet which he described as "an explosion of flavor". The food came out very fast. The atmosphere is wonderful paying homage to our men and women serving our great country, and the owners were so friendly and welcoming! Not to mention the VERY nice people (customers) we met during our visit. I highly recommend this place!! We'll definitely stop again next time driving through St George.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Liberty Café is hands-down the best breakfast and lunch spot in St. George! It’s become my absolute favorite restaurant in town. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming — like a cozy, upscale diner with real heart. The food is consistently outstanding, always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Portions are generous and everything comes out hot and perfect every time. The service is genuinely friendly and attentive, making you feel like a valued regular right away. It’s ideal for a relaxed morning meal, a quick lunch, or a leisurely weekend get-together. If you’re in St. George, you have to try Liberty Café. You’ll leave happy and already planning your next visit. This local gem deserves all 5 stars!

We stopped here on our way back to Vegas. We came because it was not a chain restaurant, and love that they support the military. The food was amazing. I had the French toast crunch, the boyfriend had the Tejas' burrito, and my son had the French toast.

This place is amazing. Best fries I’ve ever had and the burger was awesome! Our kids loved the chicken strips which are house made and cooked in beef tallow. Jessi the manager is great and went above and beyond for our family. We’ll be frequent customers for sure. Love that they support and have pride for our country!

Liberty Cafe was such a memorable part of our trip and easily one of our favorite stops. We were visiting from Florida, and this place made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. We went on a Thursday morning right after they opened for breakfast, and they let us know they were also serving lunch that early—which ended up being perfect for us since we had rented a side-by-side for the day and our lunch plans had fallen through the night before. We had a delicious breakfast, then ordered the Ace of Club to go. We mentioned our plans for the day (and that it was my husband’s birthday trip), and they wrapped everything extra well knowing it would be traveling with us. I also got a Cloud Nine matcha latte to go, and it was wonderful. We ended up eating our sandwich in a little oasis spot later that day, and it honestly could not have been better. Because the food and customer service were so great, we went back again on Sunday (our last day) for lunch after spotting some burgers we wanted to try. We ordered the B3 Bomber and the Frontline Burger, and both were absolutely delicious—we ate every bite. While ordering, we saw the same woman who had helped us the first time and told her how great our lunch had been. She kindly brought us over some Utah scones to try, wished my husband a happy birthday, and completely made our day! Those scones are a must-try, especially with the maple whipped cream that came with them. I also grabbed another matcha latte to go before we left. Seriously cannot recommend them enough. Amazing food, incredible service, and the kind of place that makes visitors want to come back again!

Liberty Cafe in St. George, Utah absolutely deserves recognition. The first thing that really moved me was the Missing Man Table honoring all the soldiers who never made it back home. It’s a powerful, emotional tribute, and it shows how much respect this place has for our heroes. On top of that, the food and service are amazing. I had the Smoking Cuban and it was absolutely delicious. The French fries are cut fresh and you can really taste the difference, and the coffee was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the whole experience made me feel truly welcome. I highly recommend Liberty Cafe to anyone in or passing through St. George.
